Description
CLIENT BACKGROUNDA global fintech leader is expanding its APAC footprint and seeking a senior compliance professional to lead its regional compliance function across Hong Kong, Singapore, and Japan. This is a strategic leadership role within a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Lead APAC compliance strategy and oversee regional teams.
- Advise senior management on regulatory matters and business initiatives.
- Act as the primary contact for regulators and manage audits and inspections.
- Develop and implement compliance frameworks and internal controls.
- Serve as Manager-in-Charge for Compliance and AML/CTF in Hong Kong.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 10+ years' experience in compliance within asset management field.
- Strong knowledge of APAC cross-border regulations.
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
- Fluent in English.
