Description
Job Description:- Assist the implementation of digital transformation project covering fund operations
- Monitor day to day fund operations and liaise with custodians and fund administrators on custody, fund accounting and investor administration matters
- Cash management including cash forecasting and expense payment
- Review daily NAVs to ensure accounting books and records are reconciled
- Perform due diligence, account opening and service review with counterparts
- Coordinate financial statements preparation process and arrange necessary reporting and filings with regulators and tax authority
- Handle internal and external enquiries on transactions and funds activities
- Participate in process improvement and automation projects
- Carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management
Requirements:
- Degree holder with Business, Finance, Accounting related disciplines is preferred, Computer science and information technology management background is also welcome
- Proficient in PC skills and adaptable to process and system changes
- 1-3 years' experience in transformation, (Welcome Fresh Graduate)
- Experience in managing asset management process transformation is an advantage
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented team-player with strong communication skill
- Customer focused and always go an extra mile for customer satisfaction
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
