Key Responsibilities:
- Install bird deterrent systems (netting, shock track, optical gel, spikes, visual deterrents, etc.)
- Perform exclusion work using hardware cloth, sealants, and other materials to prevent animal entry
- Conduct inspections and identify areas of bird/wildlife activity or damage
- Clean and remove bio-debris and sanitize affected areas
- Operate lifts, ladders, and other access equipment safely
- Communicate clearly with clients and complete service reports
- Maintain tools, materials, and safety equipment in good condition
Skills & Requirements:
- Experience in construction, roofing, pest control, or related trades preferred
- Comfortable with heights and outdoor work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Professional communication and customer service skills
Typical Work Environment:
- Commercial buildings, warehouses, loading docks, roofs, parapets, etc.
- Work involves climbing, operating lifts, and repelling.
