East Aurora Country Club is in search of a 2nd Assistant Superintendent who is looking to be involved in the upkeep and day to day management of the golf course. EACC is a one of a kind, member owned, private club in the western NY area with rolling hills and elevation change. Duties: All assigned duties necessary for the upkeep of the grounds including but not limited to the following;

• Pesticide and/or fertilizer applications
• Proficient in safe Equipment operation
• Course set-up
• Trim work
• Drainage
• Irrigation repair and operation
• Hand watering
• Bunker maintenance
• Mowing and upkeep of all playing surfaces
• Building repair and upkeep
• All other duties necessary to meet member expectations
• Snow Removal
• Tree maintenance

Special Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. to waist height.
• Frequent bending turning, kneeling and stooping
• Exposure to hot and cold temperatures
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Repetitive motion required.
• Must be able to operate a golf cart and other turf management equipment in a safe manner
• Normal vision and hearing ranges required.
• Must be able to fluently speak and write the English language.
