What We're Looking For:
People Service Center interns provide valuable support in carrying out the day-to-day People Service Center activities of our organization. They maintain the accuracy of employee files, maintain employee database, assist with administration around all employee life cycle changes. In the People Service Center intern role, you will work under the supervision of the People Service Center manager. Success in this role will be demonstrated by delivering high-quality and timely assistance under minimal supervision, helping the team meet daily objectives.
- Prepares and files documents for employment changes
- Maintains accurate data in the employee database
- Answers employee inquiries around benefits
- Writes employee communications and correspondence about updates in HR policies
- Performs ad hoc tasks as required
