The Company

Our client is a well-established multinational company with a collaborative and flexible working environment. They are seeking a qualified finance professional to join their Hong Kong team, supporting financial reporting, analysis, and finance oversight across ongoing projects and business operations.

The Role

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in a timely and accurate manner
• Perform financial analysis and provide insights to support management decision-making
• Review project financials and oversee finance-related activities performed by project teams
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and business performance against key financial targets
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure financial controls and reporting requirements are met
• Support audit, tax, and statutory reporting processes
• Assist in process enhancement initiatives to improve reporting efficiency and data quality
• Participate in ad hoc finance projects and business initiatives as required

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Qualified accountant (CPA, HKICPA, ACCA, or equivalent)
• 6+ years of relevant experience; candidates with less experience may be considered for Assistant Finance Manager
• Candidates from Big 4, straight Big 4, or semi-Big 4 backgrounds are welcome
• Strong foundation in financial reporting, financial analysis, and accounting principles
• Experience in infrastructure, energy, utilities, construction, project-based businesses, or other capital-intensive industries would be an advantage, but not essential
• Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working with stakeholders across different functions
• Good command of English and Chinese
