Compliance Business Analyst / Process Analyst vacancy for our Zurich based client in the Banking sector.

Your tasks:

• Review existing PEP processes, define new process steps, and implement necessary controls to ensure regulatory compliance
• Conduct interviews and collaborate with stakeholders including Compliance and Risk Management to gather requirements for the PEP database
• Create comprehensive functional requirements documentation tailored to business needs
• Plan data integration for new data fields and design, develop, and test reports and dashboards to meet business and regulatory standards
• Develop test cases for user acceptance testing (UAT), coordinate with end-users and manage change during implementation
• Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships, manage expectations, and communicate progress periodically

Your experience/knowledge:

• 2-3 years' experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a background in Banking, Compliance or Risk Management
• Strong knowledge of PEP databases
• Proficient in requirements gathering, functional documentation, and report/dashboard development
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Language skills: English
