Designed Roofing Systems, Inc. is a growing roofing company based in Springfield, Illinois, and we're looking to add skilled roofers to our team. We're seeking candidates with 1-3 years of hands-on flat roof experience who take pride in quality workmanship and want to build a long-term career in the roofing industry.

What You'll Do:

• Install EPDM, TPO, and PVC roofing systems
• Perform shingle roof installations
• Apply roof coatings
• Work safely and efficiently as part of a crew
• Follow manufacturer specifications and company quality standards

What We're Looking For:

• 1-3 years of experience with flat roofing systems (EPDM, TPO, or PVC)
• Shingle installation experience a plus
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
