Our teams serve Commercial, Industrial, DOTD, and FAA clients on a variety of heavy civil projects across the region, from roadway and drainage to deep foundation installations and site development.

Position Summary:

We are hiring experienced Heavy Civil Equipment Operators to join crews focused on dirt work, storm drainage installation, and deep foundation operations. Candidates will operate heavy machinery in varied field conditions, support project crews, and help maintain high standards of safety and workmanship. This is a hands-on role that requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in the field.

Responsibilities: General responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Safely operate excavators, bulldozers, loaders, backhoes, and other heavy equipment used in earthmoving, drainage, and foundation work.
• Perform daily pre- and post-operation equipment inspections and complete required documentation.
• Follow project plans, work with foremen and survey crews to achieve specified grades and alignments.
• Assist in site preparation, trenching, dewatering, and setting and extracting piles as required for deep foundations.
• Maintain clean, functional equipment and report defects or maintenance needs in a timely manner.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA standards; participate in jobsite safety meetings.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of heavy equipment operation experience in heavy civil construction or related fields.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to travel to job sites with reliable transportation.
• Proven history of safe operation, punctuality, and strong work ethic.

Salary/Compensation: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour
