Description

• Daily Manangement of Custom Builds, Club Repair, Maintenance, and Inventory of the Custom Shop.
• Overview and management of other custom shop employees.
• Quality Control of all builds and repairs.
• Work Life Balance with established 5 day work week. (Special Events excluded)

• Vast knowledge of club building, club fitting, and use of industry club building tools.
• Employee needs to be able to manage inventory as well as coming up with promotional offers based on inventory volumes and special offers from vendors.
• Candidate needs to have the ability to think outside the box. Make suggestions on how we can streamline production, generate sales, or better manage inventory.
• Must be able to operate a cloud based point of sale system, as well as basic computer skills and email, microsoft word, and excel skills.
• Employee needs to present a friendly, customer service driven attitude, with the ability to educate customers and train team members. We are a family owned and operated business, we pride ourselves on always delivering a positive and friendly work environment for both customers and employees.
• Employee must have organizational skills and the ability to muliti task.

• After 90 days Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance available.
