Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your quality and safety management expertise in a cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative, passionate, and forward-thinking teammates.
You'll contribute to ensuring customer satisfaction by driving safety and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle, from tender stage to contract closure. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with project managers, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders (e.g., customers, suppliers, and certification bodies), coordinate quality and safety activities, and much more.
You'll specifically take care of implementing and maintaining the Project Quality Management Plan and ensuring its application, but also supporting audits, managing non-conformities, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
We'll look to you for:
- Acting as the independent voice of the customer in the project organization.
- Establishing, documenting, and maintaining the Project Quality Management Plan (PQMP).
- Managing non-conformities and safety issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinating quality and safety activities across all project phases.
- Supporting customer inspections and ensuring compliance with safety authorizations.
- Facilitating problem-solving to reduce costs of non-quality and improve project performance.

- A graduate or post-graduate degree in engineering, ideally with a management background.
- Experience or understanding of quality tools and problem-solving methodologies.
- Awareness of processes and products/services delivered in complex projects.
- Knowledge of quality standards (e.g., ISO9001, IRIS) and lean principles.
- Familiarity with safety and risk management processes.
- Proven ability to manage teams and collaborate with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
