Description
Teleradiologist — Outpatient Focus
-
Visionaries: we see things differently.
-
We believe that behind every scan is a person seeking answers—not always in crisis, but often at critical points in their care journey. Outpatient imaging plays a central role in that process. As a subspecialty radiologist, your expertise is the linchpin of patient care. When you accurately stage a complex oncology case, spot a subtle early-stage lesion, or confidently rule out a disease to alleviate a family's anxiety, you are directly shaping the trajectory of a patient’s life. You provide the clinical clarity that guides referring physicians and ensures patients receive the exact care they need.
In an industry where speed and volume too often take precedence, we take a more deliberate approach. As a physician-founded and physician-run practice, we prioritize precision, context, and sound clinical judgment. It’steleradiology the right way. Our radiologists are given the time, technology, and support to produce work that is consistent, meaningful, and of the highest clinical quality.
-
How We Practice:
- Physician-Run, Not Corporate-Run: Clinical decisions are made by radiologists. No external pressure. No volume-driven mandates.
- No RVU Requirements: We don’t measure productivity by the stopwatch. We trust our highly trained radiologists to practice medicine thoughtfully and responsibly.
- Flexible, Non-Emergent Outpatient Focus: Structured to support focus, consistency, and flexibility. The pace allows for careful interpretation, comparison with prior studies, and the meticulous attention to detail that outpatients deserve.
- Subspecialty-Specific Roles: Dedicated outpatient positions are available in Neuro, Chest, Body, and Musculoskeletal Imaging. These roles are designed to support depth and expertise within your subspecialty.
- Academic-Level Collaboration: We are a cohesive group of lifelong learners. This is a highly collegial practice where cases are discussed; second opinions are routine, and you are supported by peers who value precision and shared teaching.
- Technology That Supports Good Medicine: We equip you with the gold standard in hardware—high-performance workstations, ultra-high-resolution diagnostic displays, and seamless AI-assisted tools that enhance your workflow without ever compromising your clinical judgment.
- Sustainable, Daytime-Oriented Scheduling: We work directly with each radiologist to build a schedule aligned with their life. Due to the asynchronous nature of the work, work can be done with a 24-hour turnaround.
- Opportunities for Growth: Radiologists are encouraged to shape their roles over time—whether through subspecialty expansion, teaching, or taking on leadership opportunities within the practice.
- Optional Hybrid Models: For those interested in maintaining acute care skills, hybrid roles combining outpatient work with emergent coverage are available—without deep nights or unsustainable schedules
-
